Your report is emailed to our support inbox. We also keep a private, screened copy of the report text, steps, product area, HumDocs version, and browser/OS for about 90 days to track bugs. Your email address and screenshot stay in the support email, which we keep separately while handling the issue. We do not send reports to AI in this mode.

Please do not include passwords, API keys, payment details, or other secrets. Screening can miss sensitive details you type. To ask about or request deletion of a report, email [email protected]. See our privacy policy.
